INRODUCTION:-
Apple cider
vinegar comes from the fermentation of apple juice its daily use help to reduce
Weight, Blood pressure and Blood glucose level. Its play a vital role in
reducing cholesterol level which is main cause of the high blood pressure and
the high blood glucose level. It is used in salad dressing, Marinades,
Vinaigrettes, food preservation. Apple cider vinegar is also use for health
issues and also improve Heart health. During the process of fermentation of
Apple Cider in this process the sugar is fermented by yeast and or bacteria
added to cider which then turn it into alcohol and finally it converted into
vinegar. Apple cider vinegar has various healthful properties such as
