BLOOD PRESSURE AND DIABETES HOME MADE CURE REMEDIES:-

In this article I am telling you people the use of ( LEMON, HONEY AND APPLE CIDER VINEGAR) and all  these three ingredients has a great impact on reducing blood pressure and blood glucose level.

1.                  LEMON:-


INTRODUCTION:-

The lemon citrus Limon (L) Osbeck is the species of small ever green tree in the flowering plant family (Rutaceae), native to South Asia, Primarily North Eastern India. Its fruit are round in shape. The Juice of lemon is about (5 to 6%) of Citric Acid with the PH of (2.2) and the taste of lemon juices sour. Lemon is the rich of Vitamin C, providing a (64%) of daily value in a (100 gram) reference.

Apple cider vinegar comes from the fermentation of apple juice its daily use help to reduce Weight, Blood pressure and Blood glucose level. Its play a vital role in reducing cholesterol level which is main cause of the high blood pressure and the high blood glucose level. It is used in salad dressing, Marinades, Vinaigrettes, food preservation. Apple cider vinegar is also use for health issues and also improve Heart health. During the process of fermentation of Apple Cider in this process the sugar is fermented by yeast and or bacteria added to cider which then turn it into alcohol and finally it converted into vinegar. Apple cider vinegar has various healthful properties such as antimicrobial and antioxidant. Apple cider vinegar give acetic acid which is strong sour in taste, smell and flavor. Take all these ingredients with equal quantity, but concentration of vinegar is too high so these ingredients mix in 1 glass of warm water and drink this mixture every day before meal or just before bed time.
